On the Job
- Bath and kitchen upgrades
- Pressure and flow corrections
- Tankless and tank heater maintenance
A 1/3 HP submersible sump pump built to clear standing water from basement sump pits, crawlspaces, and window wells before it becomes structural or mold damage. The thermoplastic housing resists corrosion in standing water, and the top-suction inlet keeps drawdown low so the pit empties to within a half-inch of the floor. A vertical float switch activates automatically once water reaches the trigger level and shuts off just as fast once the pit drains, so the motor isn't left running dry. The 1-1/2 in. discharge threads onto standard PVC or a garden-hose adapter for a straightforward drop-in swap on an existing discharge line.
